Car Rental Terms

Payment Method

  • Cash at our office upon pick-up, or
  • Debit / Credit card.

Driver’s Age – Driving Licence

The minimum driver age for all vehicle categories is 21 years, and a minimum of
two (2) years driving experience (from the licence issue date) is required.

For drivers over 75 years old, an additional charge of €10 per rental applies.

Deposit

No deposit is required.

Additional Driver(s)

Free of charge (must be stated in the rental agreement).

Fuel

Fuel costs are paid by the renter.

Child Seats

Available only upon request and subject to availability.

Vehicle Category / Model Change

The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different vehicle than the one originally booked,
of the same or higher category.

Booking Modification

Any change to an existing booking may result in a re-calculation of the rental price according to:

  • vehicle availability,
  • rates applicable at the time of the change,
  • return station, etc.

Ferry Transport

Ferry transport is not allowed without contacting us first.

Driving Outside Greece

Not permitted.

Traffic Violations – Fines

All fines and administrative penalties are the sole responsibility of the renter/driver.

Immediate Notification Obligation

The renter must inform the company immediately in case of any accident or damage.

In Case of Accident / Damage

In the event of an accident, damage or any incident, the renter must:

  • Notify the company immediately,
  • File a report with the Police/Traffic Department when required,
  • Not abandon the vehicle and follow the company’s instructions.

Undeclared Driver

Any use of the vehicle by an undeclared driver voids any coverage and the renter bears full liability.

Loss of Documents / Keys

In case of loss of vehicle documents or keys, a replacement charge applies and is payable by the renter.



Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) – Limited Liability

The CDW programme reduces your financial liability in case of damage to the rental vehicle,
provided that the Greek Traffic Code has not been violated.

Maximum Liability

  • Categories A, B, C, D, E: up to €890
  • Categories G, H, I, F: up to €1,200
  • Categories G1, I1, J: up to €1,700
  • Categories K, K1: up to €2,500
  • Categories L, M, M1: up to €1,700
  • Categories N, N1: up to €2,500

What is NOT Covered

  • Loss of keys
  • Tyre or wheel damage
  • Damage to the underside of the vehicle
  • Broken mirrors
  • Broken windows / glass

Insurance Coverage Limitations

Insurance coverage is not valid and the renter is fully liable in cases such as:

  • Driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs,
  • Dangerous or reckless driving / violation of traffic regulations,
  • Use of the vehicle outside the permitted area.

Upgrade Options

An insurance upgrade with lower liability is available upon request.

Scooter / Motorcycle Rental Terms

Payment Method

  • Cash at our office, or
  • Debit / Credit card.

Deposit

No deposit is required.

Driving Licence

To rent a scooter or motorcycle, the driver must hold a valid licence category
A, A1, M or AM and have at least one (1) year driving experience from the licence issue date.

Fuel

Fuel costs are paid by the renter.

Vehicle Category / Model Change

The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different vehicle than the one originally booked,
of the same or higher category.

Ferry Transport

Ferry transport is not allowed without contacting us first.
